Sept 23, 2105

I've been training in Cyprus the past two weeks, still with focus on grip sport, ninja warrior, and arm wrestling (in order of what I'm focusing more). For grip I do plate pinching for time/distance, blue and red fatgripz rack lifts for time, grippers TNS and then MMS. I also took some days off after working out daily since June. I'm not motivated anymore to keep up with a training log, at least not here in Cyprus. Perhaps I will get back to it in the future to better monitor my progress and help others that have similar goals.
