I've been training in Cyprus the past two weeks, still with focus on
grip sport, ninja warrior, and arm wrestling (in order of what I'm
focusing more). For grip I do plate pinching for time/distance, blue and
red fatgripz rack lifts for time, grippers TNS and then MMS. I also
took some days off after working out daily since June. I'm not motivated
anymore to keep up with a training log, at least not here in Cyprus.
Perhaps I will get back to it in the future to better monitor my
progress and help others that have similar goals.
