gripper workout home

TNS closes L up to CoC2 103, R CoC2 106 and GHP5 109lb
TNS HG 116lb, just missed
practiced setting to parallel and deeper 156lb MM2 rep
silver bullet with no added wt MM2 rep ~15 sec hold
some work on the shallow hub in between sets up to 25lb only for reps and time holds
