-Gripper machine one hand holds for time 180 lb L and R a few sets
-pronation with towel at cable machine up to 70lb (As the pic I posted above for James).
-OAC two good reps and two half reps right, almost two good reps with L
bouldering for 30 minutes almost finishing that V6 I've been working on, also did some balance/ stability training on balance board (pistol squats)
