nothing special today, was feeling tired from long day at work. I
worked a bit with orbigrip, RT one hand deadlift and pulldowns, and
lighter gripper workout. Did a silver bullet attempt and did better
today, ~13 sec with 5lb. Aiming for 20 sec by the end of the month.
I ordered some steel from Andrew from FBBC (beginners stuff) and plan on starting bending as soon as it arrives!
