deadlifts with dumbbell/fatgripz 130, 135, 145, 150. These are the heaviest dumbbells at my gym, next time I'm bringing my olympic dumbbell that I can add weights.

practiced one hand pinch deadlift with the euro in the parking lot, I went up to 60lb when the webbing of my thumb started to hurt and I couldn't squeeze as hard as I wanted to (the edges of the plates are sharp).
