July 26, 2015 ninja practice

- did a few obstacles including the hang climb, floating boards, jumping spider, 12 ft warped wall, 
-practiced swinging on the cliffhanger ledge and leaching to the opposite direction as far as possible (Crazy cliffhanger move)
- also did a few muscle ups


training wide pinch grip with the 50 lbs blob at the climbing gym:
