at the gym late night training 9:30-11pm

- 2" V bar lift up to 203 lbs
- 1 arm deadhangs between sets
- 2" crusher lift up to 175 lbs
- rim lift up to 165 lbs
- CoC 3 148 lbs MMS attempts x 5
My plan is to attempt for Mash Monster Cert every Tuesday and Friday in between thickbar lifts until I get it. I do heavy gripper workouts on Mondays.
