-bench press up to 100kg few reps, didn't feel like going heavier today

- chest flyes machine elbows 90 wrist  flexed(arm wrestling position) up to 205 lb (all wts on machine), focused on explosiveness

- preacher curl devon larratt hook training with up to 100lb dumbbell

- hammer curl concentration curl position through nylon sling with 32 kg dumbbell

- pronation/arm curl cable machine (top roll training)

- seated dumbbell wrist curls up to 100 lb from neutral to flexion x8 reps each side

- choker closes 154 GM from 20mm

- one arm deadhangs on fatgripz

- on arm lockoffs on fatgripz

- front levers on fatgripz
