Rack deadlift belowe the knees: up to 455 lbs x 1

L sit pullups to the chest in between deadlift sets

Rack deadlift with fat grips up to 315 lbs

one arm pulldowns with 2" crusher up to 135 lbs x 6 L and R with, partials at end range and negatives with heavier wt

superset above with 5 strict muscles ups
