ninja warrior gym for about 1 hr

climbing gym
- did bouldering for 30 min, attempted up to V6, more than halfway done
- 1 arm chin up attempts with wts and fatgripz

-drove back in the city and visited my regular gym, did lots of handstands on the rogue parallettes opposite of each other and also in a row, did pronation with strap at the cable machine (top roll practice)
