Today I did lots of wrist extension work at the gym with up to 35 pound dumbbells (I've been neglecting this while working a lot the flexors)

Calisthenics: front levers at lebert equalizer, handstands at Rogue Parallettes, muscle ups x 8-10 strict form

Also worked with the orbigrip  (David Horne's world of grip) for the first time. I did sets of 10-20 reps each side total 15-20 minutes using 2.5-10 pounds max (this is very hard because of the lever system). This thing works your grip and radial deviators like nothing else I've seen before.
