did a lighter workout at home (American Ninja Warrior was on TV)

- 6 pounds sledge hammer levering, pronation- supination, ulnar flexion (bent over)
- 1 arm assisted pullups on RB 76 mm rolling handle ( other hand on hangboard)
- wrist curls 50 pounds
- table curls using my thigh instead of table 50 pounds
- supination -pronation with 30 pound dumbbell loaded only on top side
