lighter workout at my work during lunch:
-one arm deadlifts with 76mm RB rolling handle up to 85 lbs and on cable machine
superset with:
- CoC # 1 TNS for reps to failure both R and L (10+)
- plate pinching few reps only (Setup wasn't ideal)
- 3 sets 1 arm chin up position elbow 90 degrees isometrics switching between R and L for time
- one arm lock offs on large cannon balls and banana bombs
- pullups with fatgripz
- front levers
