- also did one arm deadhangs with 45 lbs plate, then 70lbs dumbbell alternating R and L for about 5-10 sec each total ~1.5 minutes
- Did about 10 explosive strict muscle ups
later home did gripper training:
MMS up to SM 130lbs, attempted CoC 3- 148lbs, did negatives with up to GM ext 156 lbs
