another late night workout (10:30-12am)
- one arm deadlifts with 2.5 and 2" crusher
-one arm deadhangs/swings between sets
-squats at smith machine sets of 2 reps up to 290 lbs + the bar wt
- hamstring and calf raises at machines
-shallow hub attempts up to 30 lbs
- MM0 cert attemtps, closed the CoC 3 two times MMS submitted vid today
