July 4, 2015

We visited my in laws for July 4th and I was able to use the gym by the pool. Lower than usual intensity workout:

- pull-ups
-front levers
- one arm lock offs
- preacher curl one arm pulls 
-one arm wrist curls up to 80 lbs both R and L


gripper workout:
- warmup grippers
- silvis T Rex with ext handle at 150 lbs setting negatives and MMS attempts
