front levers in between bench press sets
arm wrestling practice/pulling at cable machine (elbow at top of incline bench) up to 100 pounds x 8
1 arm table curls 5 sets up to 75 pound dumbbell x 8 R x8 L
z barbell bicep curls 6 sets up to 110 pounds x 6 wearing arm blaster
6 muscle ups
