smith machine overhead press up to 180 pounds + bar wt x 4 reps (partials/to chin)

overhead dumbbell press seated, 50 pound dumbbells x 8

Seated wrist curls up to 80 pound dumbbell x 8 reps L and R

1 arm chin up R and L 1 rep

1 arm dead hangs

sledge hammer work
