-Squats 7 sets last set 295 pounds x 4

- forearm workout with Robert Baraban 76 mm rolling handle at cable machine, 8 sets, did reps with 100- 180 pounds, isometric hold with 200 pounds (max capacity on the machine).



-Front levers 8 sec hold x 1 , 6 sec hold x 1

- 8 muscle ups
