- Squats 9-10 sets at smith machine up to 6x 45s = 270 lbs + wt of the bar x 8 reps, didn't go as deep as I wanted though, will keep working on that
- calf raises and hamstring curls at machines

CCS closes reps with the RB adjustables chrome and deluxe ~104 lbs and up to GHP 5 -109 lbs with TSG
