lighter gripper workout:
- full reps (TNS) with grippers up to 97 lbs for reps
- full reps and close holds for max time with Silvis w/ext handle (on palm side)
- manus finger extension exercises 30+ reps each side
- thumb dynamic exercises with thumb pinch converted on RB adjustable 3 sets bilaterally
Working the thumbs and extensors feels good as a more balanced hand workout
