today it was ninja practice, last one before the competition next week
completed in this order:
- dead hangs and 1 arm pullups for warmup
- walking/balancing/ jumping on bars
-4 ft laches back to back
-6 ft laches back to back
- cannon ball alley
- 14 ft warped wall
-salmon ladder
- rope climb using feet going up, coming back down isometrics with one hand
- muscle ups
later in the day I did a light workout with gripers: CCS and 40-20 mm block sets for reps with grippers up to 106 lbs RGC right and up to 103 lbs left
