gym 1030-12am

2.5 crusher rolling handle one arm deadlifts up to 133.5 lbs, must have done about 15 sets total
one arm pulldowns with 2.5 crusher up to ~120 lbs x4
one arm deadhangs from IM eagle loops 
did a little bit of training wiht the 41lbs blob and grippers in the parking lot
