MMS attempts 155lb gripper
gripper machine 180 lb 4 sets x 15 reps, then one hand holds at end range
wrist curls with 25lb plate neutral to flexion
wrist curls 35lb plate isometric holds in full flexion and slow eccentrics to neutral
wrist curls up to 90 lb dumbbell neutral to flexion
worked a bit with the orbigrip and also IM titans key I got today in the mail
